The Superset uses four Dualbells so you can load two dumbbells per side — reaching weights your single pair of dumbbells can't. Combine a 50 and a 30 for 80 lbs per side. A 50 and a 5 for 55. Progress in almost any increment, using the dumbbells you already own.

Will it fit your setup?

Dumbbells: Handles at least 4.25" (108mm) long and up to 1.38" (35mm) diameter — most standard and adjustable dumbbells, including Bowflex, Nuobell, Core Fitness, CAP, and NordicTrack.

Bar: Any standard 1" (25mm) bar. (Not for 2" Olympic bars.) You'll also need collars — add the Superset + Collars bundle, or use your own.  Inexpensive options we like: CAP Barbell 60" Solid Standard Bar and FitVid Standard barbell.

The Dualbell Superset is built for lifters who don't want to stop adding weight. With four adapters, you load two dumbbells per side — going heavier than any single pair of dumbbells allows, and progressing in almost any increment by mixing dumbbell sizes.
