What about adjustable dumbbells?

Do you ship Dualbell to my country?

What kind of bar do I need?
Dualbell does not require any special equipment. Dualbell works with any standard 1" diameter bar. Lock on Dualbell with standard 1” weight collars.
Dualbell is most commonly used with bars in 5’, 6’, and 7’ lengths, as well as the ez-curl bar.
Will Dualbell work with MicroGainz plates?
Yes, Dualbells can work alongside MicroGainz plates. If the space is available after Dualbells are on the dumbbell handle, you can place the plates on the dumbbell handle. If there is not enough space on the dumbbell handle you can place the MicroGainz plates directly onto the bar before adding the weight collar.
Where can I get a bar?
As mentioned above, Dualbell is most commonly used with bars in 5’, 6’, and 7’ lengths, as well as the ez-curl bar. But you can also use with other standard barbell types.
Here are a couple of bars available on Amazon, that we suggest.

Do I need weight collars?
Yes. We have weight collars available for purchase here separately or in a bundle purchase. Some bars may include collars or clamps with them or you might use collars you already own. They should be compatible with 1” standard bars
How much weight can Dualbell hold?
Dualbell was put through a battery of tests, in-house and by an outside agency, during development and found to be strong and sturdy.
We recommend loading Dualbell with dumbbells not to exceed 125lbs.
***Important note, beware of tipping when loading heavy dumbbells onto an elevated bar. Tipping weight may differ based on the weight of the bar you are using.***
Does Dualbell fit 2-inch Olympic bars?
The current Dualbell converter works with standard 1-inch (25 mm) bars rather than 2-inch Olympic sleeves. Standard bars are readily available in several lengths and styles, including straight bars and EZ-curl bars, giving you plenty of options for building your setup.
If you already own a standard 1-inch bar, you may have what you need to get started. If you’re unsure, contact us—we’re happy to help you check before ordering.
What is Dualbell made from, and where is it made?
Dualbell converters are made in the USA from injection-molded Zytel® Nylon 66, an advanced engineering material used in automotive and aerospace components. Strong yet lightweight, it resists wear and heat, won’t rust, and is gentler on your bar than steel—making it a durable choice for challenging workouts. A protective rubber insert cushions your dumbbell handle.
Dualbell has been independently lab tested with loads up to 1,900 lb. The maximum recommended load is a 125 lb dumbbell per converter.
Should I choose a Pair or a Superset?
A Pair is a simple way to get started. It includes two Dualbell converters, allowing you to load one dumbbell on each side of your bar and add barbell exercises to your existing dumbbell workouts.
A Superset gives you more room to grow. It includes four converters and two spacers, allowing you to load two dumbbells on each side. This is especially useful when you want more resistance than one dumbbell per side can provide—without needing heavier dumbbells or separate weight plates.
Both options are available with collars if you need them. Already have collars that fit a standard 1-inch bar? You can use those.
What exercises can I do with Dualbell?
Dualbell opens up barbell exercises such as bench presses, squats, deadlifts, rows, curls and overhead presses using your dumbbells as the weight. You can use Dualbell for landmine and cable pulley exercises, as well.
That means more variety from the equipment you already own. Move from dumbbell presses to barbell presses, or from dumbbell curls to EZ-bar curls, without adding a separate collection of plates. Dualbell also allows the dumbbells to rotate naturally around the bar as you move.
