Clamp a Dualbell around each dumbbell handle, slide them onto a standard 1" bar, and secure with the included collars — the same motion as loading plates. It's built for real lifting. Each adapter is made from Zytel® Nylon 66, third-party stress tested to 1,900 lbs of force, and rated for dumbbells up to 125 lbs each.
