How to Make A Barbell From Your Dumbbells

Your Dumbbells Can Do More Exercises Than You Think

If you have a set of dumbbells at home, you already have a great tool for strength training. But what if you want to do barbell exercises like squats or deadlifts? The good news is, with the help of Dualbell, you can turn your dumbbells into a barbell and get even more out of your home gym setup.

Dualbell is a new fitness product that allows you to connect your dumbbells to a bar, creating a versatile and space-saving workout tool. With Dualbell, you can easily adjust the weight of your barbell by adding or removing dumbbells, making it ideal for a variety of exercises.

To make a barbell using your dumbbells and Dualbell, simply attach the Dualbell connector to each end of your dumbbells, then slide the connector onto the bar. Make sure the dumbbells are securely fastened to the connector, and you're ready to go.

Here are three exercises you can do with your homemade barbell:

  1. Squats: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and the barbell resting on your shoulders. Keeping your chest up and your core engaged, bend your knees and lower your hips until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Push through your heels to stand back up.

  2. Deadlifts: Place the barbell on the floor in front of you, with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees and hinge forward at the hips, grasping the bar with an overhand grip. Keeping your back straight and your core engaged, stand up, pulling the barbell with you.

  3. Bent-over rows: Hold the barbell with an overhand grip and stand with your feet hip-width apart. Hinge forward at the hips, keeping your back flat and your core engaged. Pull the barbell toward your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.

The versatility of Dualbell makes it an excellent addition to any home gym. Not only does it allow you to do barbell exercises with your existing dumbbells, but it also saves space and money by eliminating the need for traditional weight plates. With Dualbell, you can get a full-body workout from the comfort of your own home, using just one simple piece of equipment.
